An opportunity to hear and see what a Living Landscape means

The Churnet Valley Living Landscape Partnership is a project to protect, enhance and celebrate the heritage of this special place.
 
On Saturday the 16th of November Keith Tomkins, from the Churnet Valley Living Landscape Partnership, will be leading a four mile walk during which he will talk about the Churnet Valley's industrial heritage and natural assets, a explain how the Living Landscape Partnership will work to enhance the area for the benefit of people who live in, work in, and visit the Churnet Valley. The walk is free and will start at 1pm from Froghall Warf car park SK029483 and will last about two-and-a-half hours. The walk is muddy in places, includes one gentle but long climb. Stout footwear and suitable clothing will be required.
