Award winning 17th Century village inn offering the perfect Country pub atmosphere with traditional beams, antiques & real log fires, you can enjoy freshly prepared seasonal dishes with ingredients sourced from local suppliers with daily specials always avaialable from our talented Chef's to ensure the menu has something different to offer for all of our valued customers. Recently we have undergone a extensive refurbishment and can now offer our Parlour area to dine in which adds a more contemporary flair but not loosing that traditional country feel.
Our Bar is famous for excellent Real Ale and recently we won the CAMRA (Campaign for Real Ales) 2016 Pub of the Year, but we also pride ourselves on the Premium Largers and collection of excellent wines we have on offer to compliment our seasonal menus.
We also have our very own Wood Fired Pizza Oven which serves beautiful authentic Pizzas every Friday and Saturday evenings between 6pm & 10pm. All hand made using Italian flour dough and fresh toppings of your choice, available to eat in or take away.
