Come along for a fascinating evening all about woodlands and trees and find out about some of the issues faced by our woodlands and the research taking place to understand what the future may hold for them. Dr Sarah Taylor, Lecturer in Ecology, from Keele University will be giving a presentation on her specialist subject. Sarah's research interests are in plant ecology, and she specialises in tree-insect interactions, dead wood ecology, disturbance dynamics, forest mensuration, and the application of GIS and remote sensing.
The talk is being organised as part of White Peak Farmers Facilitation Group events and you will have the opportunity to meet and talk with group members.
